Loretta Nepa Ferrara Photos on Exhibit at
Florham Park Public Library February 2008
Florham Park, N.J. – January 4, 2008 – The Florham Park Public Library, 107 Ridgedale Ave., will exhibit the photography of local photographer Loretta Nepa Ferrara February 1-29. A resident of Florham Park, Ms. Ferrara’s photographs include still life, nature, portraits, corporate events, and weddings. Approximately 30 photographs featuring people, places, and architecture in Italy and the U.S. will be on display at the main entrance and throughout the library. This is Ms. Ferrara’s third exhibit at the Florham Park Library in the last two years. The photos are available for purchase by contacting Ms. Ferrara.
Ms. Ferrara is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) New Jersey Chapter. She has received several awards and honors for her photography, including:

νPhoto “Alice” – Honorable Mention by Photographer's Forum Competition and published in Photographer's Forum Annual Best Photography 2006

Born and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Ferrara has been behind the camera most of her life. Photography is her passion – taking the ordinary and capturing the extraordinary with lighting and unusual angles. “To me, photography is the dance of light and the poetry of life,” said Ms. Ferrara. “Almost anything I see deserves a moment to be noticed, appreciated, and photographed. Each shot magically captures a moment to be seen over and over again and to be shared and remembered with loved ones.”
